We deliver our products to our national and international customers. Delivery charges may increase to international customers based on the means of transportation. We deliver to countries like U.S. Canada, south Asian countries, Australia, Hong Kong, Singapore, japan just to name a few. Road Shipment will be the cheapest option to export our products but multiple air shipments may increase the delivery price.
We provide free delivery service to our domestic customers inside ring road and closest to our outlet but Delivery fees increase as we go further outside valley. Delivery fees are applied to customers within the valley but far from our depot. Please contact us for more detailed information.
We are always available on working days and we deliver our products within hours inside the valley and within days outside the valley.
Customers are always welcome to return the product for a valid reason. Domestic customers can return our product within 14 days of receiving them. We will refund your amount shortly after receiving them. Keep in mind that the delivery charge is non-refundable. After we refund your amount, you will get an email for confirmation. If you want to exchange the item then we are happy to do that any time.
Our International customers can return our product easily to our U.S. or another international depot available to you within 28 days of receiving them. International customers should keep the track of return parcel and return the item back through tracked service. You are advised to contact us or reach us through emails before returning the items for safety purposes.
